It’s laundry day, so I am sorting, and folding, and stuffing my cloth diapers. I thought I would show you all how I store the flat diapers so that they are all quick to grab and ready to put on baby!
Because it is so much easier, I have prepared a video for you. Check it out below!

I have mine pad folded and ready to use now. I was inspired to try an Origami fold on him and he’s too tall for the OS flats now! I’ll have to keep a eye out for large GMD Cloth-eez muslin flats on BST.
I have cloth diapers 2 babies already, but haven’t got the courage up to try flats yet! I’d like to try them out and other types I haven’t tried with baby #3, who is due in just a few weeks. I feel like I could customize the absorbency more with them.
I always pad folded my flats for my daughter, but I’ve found that I like the origami fold better with both of my boys.
I always pre-fold my flats so that they’re ready to go when I need them! It’s a pain on laundry day, but ultimately makes my life easier.
I love that so many people start using flats after the flats & handwashing challenge@!
Great idea to have them all prefolded for you. Much easier to spend a few minutes to do them all at once rather than scrambling at diaper time. Usually right before you want to leave somewhere, too!

I like the idea of having my diapers folded and ready to go, but things have been so hectic since baby #3 arrived. We are barely staying on top of the diaper laundry at this point. I know it will all settle out soon.
I love how this fold has no crevices for the poo to get caught in! I’ve been practicing flat folds in preparation for the birth of grandson #2.
